Scheduling Appointments
Massage and Feldenkrais® appointments are available Monday through Saturday by appointment only. Day and evening appointments are available. You can arrange an appointment by calling Carol Meade at 203.294.9791. Since most of my calls are picked up by voice mail you will be asked to leave your name, telephone number and best time to reach you. I return all messages promptly.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept check or cash. If you have a gift certificate, please present it before the session.
Tipping is optional.
Missed Appointments
It is a courtesy to give at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Sessions will be billed for no show and inadequate notice. To avoid a charge you may arrange to have a friend take your place. If inadequate notice is given, yet I am able to book someone in your place, you will not be charged for the missed visit.
Prior to Your Session
It is helpful if clients remember to remove all jewelry and refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes or lotions. Also, I ask that clients remember to turn off all cell phones and beepers before entering the office.
