Mini Feldenkrais Retreats 2025

This year, I am offering two Mini Feldenkrais Retreats at my studio in Wallingford. The first retreat will be on Saturday, June 28th. And the second on Saturday, October 4th. My space is cozy and fits 6 participants.

The day will consist of four ATM lessons. Two in the morning and two more lessons after lunch. There will be a 10-minute break between each lesson. A light, healthy lunch will be provided.

Mats and additional props are available at my studio. Please feel free to bring whatever supports you think you will need to be comfortable.
